1. Introduction

For the purpose of this Policy, Titan FX includes the following entities:

c. Goliath Trading Limited, registered and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles under license number SD138 and registered office at IMAD Complex, Office 12, 3rd Floor, Ile Du Port, Mahe, Seychelles; and
d. Atlantic Markets Limited, registered and regulated by the Financial Services Commission of the British Virgin Islands, under license number SIBA/L/23/1124 and registered office at Trinity Chambers, PO Box 4301, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
Your personal data will be controlled by the relevant Titan FX entity that provides services to or is in communication with you. Your personal data may also be controlled by and or exchanged between Titan FX entities.
2. Types of Personal Data
Titan FX collects, uses, stores and shares different types of personal data, such as:
Identity Data: your name, username or similar like, title, date and place of birth, gender, country of residence and citizenship;
Contact Data: your contact information, billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number;
Document Data: information about you that are stored in different documents or copies of them, including your passport, identity card, driver license as well as documents for the proof of your address, utility bill, payslip/tax return as proof of source of funds, credit checks;
Professional Data: your education, profession and/or details about your work;
Economic Data: your economic profile including assets, income, financial position/ source of wealth, employment status, profession and industry, bank account and bank statement, e-wallet and credit card details;
Contractual Data: details about the services and or products offering; Trading Data: reason for opening the account, experience in trading, risk tolerance and risk profile;
Payment Data: details about payments to and from you, information on products and services you have purchased from us, deposit/withdrawal methods and purpose of transactions with us;
Profile Data: such as your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, historical data about the trades and investments you have made, your preference for certain types of products and services, products you trade with us, your interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses;
Tax Data: tax identification number, country of tax residence;
Public Data: details about you that are available online, are in public records or other open available sources;
Marketing and Communications Data: such as details about you from letter, email and conversation, chats between us and your preference in receiving marketing from us and any third-party companies on our behalf;
Technical Data: such as internet protocol (IP) address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access our
websites, mobile app and electronic services;Usage Data: such as information about how you use our website, mobile app, products, and services;
Your consents, permissions or preferences given to us.
We do not disclose any personal data to anyone, except:

Automated technologies or interactions. For example, as you interact with our services, submit financial or transactional data such as billing address and other payment details; and
Third parties. For example, we may receive either through bought-in third party marketing lists, publicly available sources, social media platform, introducers brokers and affiliates, banks and credit card processors, subscription-based intelligence databases, credit references agencies, fraud prevention agencies, third authentication service providers, other financial institutions, providers of registers, and other third party associates.
All communications are recorded, monitored and processed by Titan FX and its affiliates, including any telephone conversations and/or electronic communications that result or may result in transactions or client order services even if those conversations or communications do not result in the conclusion of any arrangements and or transactions. The content of any in person conversations and/or communications with you may be recorded by minutes or notes.
The information you provide helps us verify your identity, register accounts and fulfil regulatory obligations. It also enables us to enhance our services and promptly communicate additional offerings and promotions.
Communication via Third-Party Messaging Applications
To facilitate efficient communication, we may use third-party messaging applications to interact with clients (ie. Line). While these platforms offer convenient communication methods, we acknowledge that they operate outside of our control, and we cannot guarantee
the absolute security of information transmitted through them. We take reasonable steps to secure data shared through these messaging platforms, but we strongly recommend that clients take additional precautions to protect their devices and communication environment. These include:
- Keeping devices and apps updated with the latest security patches.
- Using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where possible.
- Reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party messaging platform to understand their data protection practices.
We also advise clients not to share sensitive personal information, such as credit card details, passwords, or social security numbers, through messaging apps. In cases where sensitive data must be exchanged, we may suggest more secure alternatives, such as
encrypted email or secure file transfer methods.
By communicating with us via third-party messaging platforms, you acknowledge the inherent risks of using these services and consent to the potential collection and processing of your data by those platforms, subject to their privacy policies .

4. Storage of Personal Data
Titan FX takes privacy very seriously and provides that all possible measures are taken to ensure the safety of your personal data, including adhering to strict standards for the internal use of personal data and using leading data storage technology.
When making a payment with a credit/debit card, the client will be transferred to the site of the processing center (third party or affiliate) where a form has to be filled out. To prevent the unauthorized use of your credit/debit card, the card information of the client is transmitted to Titan FX in shortened form and through a secure server. In certain exceptional circumstances, Titan FX may refund payments made by credit or debit card. In this case, the funds will be refunded to the card that was used for the deposit.
5. Sharing Personal Data
Titan FX may occasionally share personal data with its entities of the same group, affiliates or third‐party service providers and joint marketers not affiliated with Titan FX. This information may be shared for a variety of purposes, such as to support the financial products and services provided to customers, to service customer accounts, to cooperate with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies, to comply with court orders or other official requests, or, as necessary, to protect Titan FX’s rights or property.
We may also provide your personal data to tax authorities or organizations that require data to be provided in order to comply with laws against money laundering and financing terrorism.
6. Retention of Records
Titan FX will keep personal data only as long as required by local laws to comply with regulatory obligations. When personal data is no longer required, it will be destroyed either by shredding or other approved destruction methods to prevent unauthorized parties from gaining access to the information during and after the process.
We have developed and will maintain security procedures to safeguard personal data against loss, theft, copying and unauthorized disclosure, use or modification. Access to personal data is restricted to employees and authorized service providers who need it to perform their work.
