Golden Week Cashback FAQ

  • In order to participate, you need to register from the Client Cabinet, select your main cashback account, and deposit at least 250 USD (or equivalent in another currency) to be eligible to receive the Tier1 cashback. You can qualify for higher cashback tiers by depositing more.

  • If you have multiple accounts, you need to choose which account you want to receive cashback in for the entire promotion. The cashback amount will be calculated in the currency of your receiving account.

  • Only the deposits made after registering for the campaign will be considered eligible for this promotion. Therefore, register for the campaign first, then deposit and trade.

  • No, you cannot change your cashback account later.

  • No, you only need to register for the campaign once and all your eligible accounts will be registered under the Main Cashback Account.

  • Please refer to the below table.Deposits into multiple accounts will be summed up. Deposits made in multiple currencies will be converted to main cashback account currency.

  • Yes, you can participate in the campaign anytime from Monday, April 17, 2023 00:00 to Friday, May 5, 2023 23:55 (server time GMT+3). Please register first, then deposit and trade to participate.

  • No, in order to qualify for the cashback, you must first register through the Client Cabinet and deposit a minimum of 250 USD (or equivalent in another currency). Any subsequent trades made after are eligible for cashback. Multiple deposits will be added up.

  • No. However, please note that by withdrawing an amount that exceeds the profit from trades opened after promotion registration and closed before the end of the promotion, the cashback tier may decrease and the cashback amount per lot may change

  • Cashback is calculated based on the tier level at the time of closing the position. For example, if you open a position at Tier 1 and close it at Tier 2, the cashback will be calculated at the Tier 2 amount.

  • Cashback will automatically be credited on Fridays for the trades done on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and for trades done on Fridays and Mondays, the cashback will be credited on Tuesdays to the cashback account you selected while registering for the campaign.
