We are updating our policy regarding inactive account archiving. Starting from March 9, 2025, the archiving period for MT4/MT5 accounts will be reduced from 365 days to 90 days.

How Do You Know If This Affects You?

Your account will only be archived if all of the following conditions apply:

  • No account login for 90 days
  • No transactions (deposits/withdrawals, or trades) for 90 days
  • No open positions or pending orders such as limit or stop orders
  • Account balance is zero

Please note that this does not affect Titan FX demo accounts.
Once an account is deactivated, it cannot be reactivated. If you plan to continue trading, we encourage you to log in and use your account before March 9, 2025.
