Titan FX
Titan FX added two more coveted trophies to its growing collection of industry awards, this time winning the 2025 UF Awards APAC for “Best Customer Support” and “Fastest Growing Broker.”
A ceremony was held at AsiaWorld Expo in Hong Kong, alongside the iFX Expo Asia 2025, a major B2B event for the global fintech industry. Two Titan FX representatives, Catherine and Chamara from the Partners and Finance teams respectively, took the stage to claim the trophies and strike a winning pose for the photographer.
This win marked the company’s fourth UF Award for customer support, and second specifically for the Asia-Pacific region. However, it was the first time Titan FX has been recognized as the fastest growing broker.
“I can’t help but see a correlation between both. Perhaps we’ve been growing faster than other brokers precisely because of our superior customer service,” Managing Director Martin St-Hilaire remarked upon hearing the news.
“The human touch makes all the difference in this industry and our efforts on the service front seem to have paid off. All indicators have been blinking green this year, from new account openings to fund deposits and other key performance metrics,” St-Hilaire noted.
Launched in 2021, the UF Awards acknowledge innovation and operational success among brokers and fintech providers. The UF Awards APAC specifically distinguishes the best-performing companies across the Asia-Pacific region.
