Our customer support team dominates once again at iFX Expo 2024

Our outstanding support team continues to rack up awards for its dedication to customer care, this time at the UF Award ceremony component of iFX Expo in Limassol, Cyprus.

This marks the third time Titan FX has received this prestigious accolade, following two wins in 2023 at iFX Expo events in Limassol and Bangkok.

The competition was fierce, with many of the world’s leading CFD brokers vying for the prize. A jury of industry peers once again voted to crown Titan FX as the standard-setter in handling customer requests promptly and effectively.

“The number one feeling we want to inspire among our customers is that whenever they need a human touch to solve an issue, we’re here and we have their back. We put a lot of resources into training and developing our support team, and now we have three UF Awards to show for it”, said Martin St-Hilaire, managing director at Titan FX who personally received the trophy on June 22.

The award ceremony took place at the prestigious City of Dreams resort in Limassol, as part of iFX Expo. This industry-leading event has been bringing together professionals in online trading, fintech, and financial services across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East for over a decade.
