The regulators

Vanuatu Financial Services Commission

Titan FX is regulated under the laws of the Republic of Vanuatu. It is licensed as a financial dealer by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC), with oversight from the Financial Intelligence Unit and the Reserve Bank of Vanuatu.

Titan FX Limited Registration Number: 40313

Established in 1993, the VFSC administers and enforces regulations related to, among other things, the trading of securities, international banking, electronic transactions, anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML&CTF). It is tasked by the Government to “protect the public in Vanuatu and elsewhere against financial loss arising out of dishonesty, incompetence and malpractice on the part of persons engaged in financial business in or from within Vanuatu”. The VFSC is headed by a Commissioner who reports to a seven-member Board of Directors appointed by the Honourable Minister of Finance and Economic Management for a term of five years.

Financial Services Commission, Mauritius

Titan FX is regulated by the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (the ‘FSC’). The FSC is mandated under the Financial Services Act 2007 and has enabling legislations in the Securities Act 2005, the Insurance Act 2005 and the Private Pension Schemes Act 2012 to license, regulate, monitor and supervise the conduct of business activities in these sectors.

Titan Markets License Number: GB20026097

The FSC promotes the development, fairness, efficiency and transparency of financial institutions and capital markets in Mauritius, while suppressing crime and malpractice as to provide protection to members of the public investing in non-banking financial products.

Our industry affiliations

Titan FX is a proud member of the Financial Centre Association of Vanuatu (FCA), a not-for-profit body established in 1972 to represent and promote the nation’s financial industry and its participants.

The FCA seeks to ensure that its members work with honesty, integrity and diligence to attract domestic and international investors and help Vanuatu grow as a leading Pacific Island economy and a global financial hub.

Founded in 2020, the Financial Markets Association of Vanuatu (FMA Vanuatu) is a self-regulating body for VFSC-licensed dealers trading financial instruments and securities online.

The association works to further its members’ professional standards for the benefit of all market participants.

Our global affiliations

We further strengthened our commitment to traders in 2021 by gaining membership in The Financial Commission, an independent organization that specializes in regulating disputes between brokers and traders working on the Forex and CFD markets.
